Week 6, September 9-13, 2019

Hello Parents and Students!

i hope everyone had a good weekend. Last week we completed out first uniform inspection and you all did a good job on helping each other put everything in the right place on the uniform. Make sure whatever you had wrong, you correct it for this week Thursday. I can not say this enough, Parents/Students, DO NOT WASH THE PANTS AND JACKETS IN THE WASHING MACHINE, these items must be dry cleaned only. If the uniform is damaged by washing it yourself(we will know) the student is responsible for paying for a replacement uniform. The shirt is the only thing that can be washed. Tomorrow we will start our World's Finest Chocolate Fundraiser. so students make sure your parents sign the permission form to allow you to sell the items. Remember 1 box=T shirt, 2 Box= Military ball ticket or Hoodie, 3 Boxes= both. Good Luck!

Monday - Drill & Ceremony

 Tuesday - Rank & Structure

 Wednesday - Portfolio

 Thursday - Uniform Inspection and JROTC Photo

 Friday - Physical Fitness Training

Virtual Learning Part II

Good Evening Parents/Cadets! I hope you are all doing well and enjoyed your 1 week Mind Break and had some time to digest everything that is going on. Unfortunately the school doors will be closed for the remainder of the 2019/20 school year, but we will ALL get through it! Moving forward, I'm sure you have already read the information on the Cobb County website and from Dr. G on how the school year will continue and what your options are. The school schedule will be Monday - Thursday with Friday being a make-up assignment day and when we will have a weekly zoom meet-up for any questions over previous lessons. In the Level 1 JROTC class there are several Priority Standards we must complete, fortunately we have covered the majority of them during the in class and virtual sessions. I am suggesting that everyone continue on this journey of learning the first level of JROTC and completing the remaining Priority Standards. There will be incentives for those who continue.
